Hi, I'm new here, can anyone help please with command fault

I have an error being displayed on my screen.
Vehicle is a 2010 E350 A207 AMG sport Cabriolet.
"Invalid disk Please check the disk"
Radio works on blue tooth but cuts out every 60 seconds for 10 seconds and starts again.
Nav stopped working
Cd player stopped working
Reverse camera stopped working
Centre paddle controller stopped working
Cannot access any functions on screen
Cannot eject any disks
Command does switch on and off and volume works
Screen comes on with the message
invalid disk please check the disk
I have pulled fuses and checked all fuses and still nothing.
I have not done a hard reset as I will then loose the pre programmed radio station for the blue tooth and then no radio at all.
Can anyone suggest anything??
Where is Nav driver located?? Is it loose?
Disk is not jammed and it just stopped working
Anything at all please.
Thanks in advance,

Damo.

How old is battery , What is battery voltage after sitting, have you had it tested ? If battery is good I’d start by checking electrical grounds.

Hi buddy, battery is good and has been checked, putting out correct voltage.
Nothing appears to be loose, I'm guessing you mean earth's etc??
Thank you
