What's a centerlink? I'm not familiar with this type of steering setup. I went to a mechanic and he told me, along with a list of other things, that I need to replace the centerlink.
I've got the W-124 repair CD I just have no idea where to look. Any help would be appreciated.

It's also called a "drag link". The center link ties together the idler arm and pitman arm, and then the tie rods connect the center link to the steering knuckles on the front spindles. The center link forms one side of the "paralellogram", the opposite imaginary side being the wheel center line and the two sides being the pitman and idler arms.
