headlight not working with fog light
it's been raining very hard in LA. and i just knotice that my headlight turns off automatically when i use the fog light and my car is driving at above 50mph. does that happen to everyone? is that normal?

i am not talking about the ligh beam. even when i am in the low beam the light switch off. so the only light i have is the fog light. is that normal?
