Unhappy How to Get Nav when MB support cannot sort HERMES

Hi,

How can I get MB support to do anything on a just certified MS beside using the My Mercedes button in the car and follow-up emails?

I bought my MB A220 MB certified on Feb 3rd 2023 and purchased the Nav package on Feb. 6. I still do not have it on March 6, 2023 There are now 2 cases on this issue and no one is contacting me by phone or doing anything but asking for the same screenshots and the same questions over and over. I have been to the dealership where I purchased it, 200 km away twice now. Support keeps telling me the techs are looking into it.

Nothing so far. It appears all support is closed on Saturday and Sunday and I am forced to try and get help on weekdays. I can buy on weekends, I just get support on weekends.

I was told it was a HERMES reset, which they did, and still nothing. Nav shows deactivated on the car but activated on the phone, Mercedes app.

How can I get this resolved by Mercedes Benz?

Thanks,
Steve
