GLS450 regular maintenance

Hello! I am a new owner of 2023 GLS450. Had many BMWs in a past, but this is first MB.
As no free maintenance comes with a car and since I am always doing everything to my cars myself I have a few questions..
Where do I find info on what correct oil to use and PN for filter/etc? Any preferred online vendors? Any online part catalogs?
How is warranty vs "self maintenance"? For that reason I am probably going with OE oil/filters until at least out of factory warranty.

Any helpful info appreciated.

Local auto parts retailers for oil filter and oil.

Dealer for nearly all other parts besides oil filter. Do not buy electrical parts from any other source except the dealer. This does not apply to your new GLS. But if you own it to high mileage take note of this.

Thank you! I am generally buying OE parts only, rarely aftermarket any better... Shouldn't I buy filter from dealer? I get it with oil (as long as specs appropriate)
