Hi looking for some advice , I have 2006 R230 my problem is both of my rear windows will not lower with either door switches or my top switch , my scanner (Aurelia DS maxiscan708) shown through the RVC module the hall sensors getting a signal, it shows that they are getting power , it shows that the windows are up and denormalized oh and can’t normalize them with either switch …. Not sure what other info that I can share. And as you know it will not let the top go down with the windows up and yes all the sensors for my top are recognized , front windows are normalized & drop, pump also works. I have disconnected both batteries over night unplugged the RSV module , I have manually put the top down and back up. Please for the LOVE of Mercedes owners can someone give me a direction to go….
