Does anyone know the possible culprit on recent/new (MY24 in my case) sensors or other equipment emitting LIDAR-frequency light (roughly 905nm wavelength)?
I have to assume it is part of the safety systems somewhere, but I thought MB only used radar and cameras for its systems.

Whatever it is continually false-alerts my radar detector as a "Laser Alert". (I think it's an external reflection, because it's not entirely consistent, but can happen as often as every 10-20sec while the car is stationary and in Park...which is also odd, because I would assume many of the safety systems are off/disabled when the car is in Park.)

Tried turning HUD off, but that had no effect, so it's not that. I assume the "rear occupant detection" is ultrasonic, but I have not tested disabling that yet.

Appreciate any ideas/insight.
