Rear deck buzzing on w208!!

Rear deck buzzing on w208!!
I got a buzzing noise comming from the rear deck, car was at the dealship last week and they replaced the speaker/s but the buzzing is still there its pretty annoying. Has anybody else had the same issue, and what is the solution. Thanks all in advance

I had a lot of rear deck buzzing in my car. I put a song on with a constant low frequency signal and found out the door to the first aid box was the culprit. I added a piece of foam on top of the first aid kit and closed the lid. The buzz is now gone. A little unconventional, but it worked for me.
