Since almost no W202s have fog lights in the bumper, I don't think Mercedes would bother running wires in the 100,000 US W202s without fog lights just for the 8,000 US W202s that have them.

Solution is to buy the wiring harnesses for the AMG cars (AMG part number).

Thanks scorchie- I found some Hellas for $142 complete kit and I think it has
the harness. If not, I'll check out the harness for the AMGs. I had to do the
same thing for my GTI, plus get a different switch (euroswitch).

The wiring harness from AMG is cool because it plugs in behind the headlights and "steals" the fog light power. If you don't want to get them, you can just use a tap into the wire going into the headlight, and drop it down the 1-2 feet to where your fogs are mounted.
