You probably won't find or hard to find pre bent lines. It's very easy to buy the bender and flare tools and just make your own.
I would suggest if you are like me I drive my cars till they die. I would use stainless brake line to replace the olds stuff.
If you don't keep cars forever then use regular brake line.
With a hour of practice you will be at good as any of us at it.
