What's this? Should I worry?

This image was taken from underneath the passenger front of the car...C320. A gooey liquid seems to be slowly leaking from the pivot point (control arm?). Are these silicone filled? The arm seems solid and I don't feel any suspension or steering problems. How serious is this?

hi mleskovar,
sorry i don't know if they are sillicone filled, but could it be something leaking above it, a leaking power steering hose, spilled oil or whatnot? is it wet on top too? i realize you have probably already thought of it. but that's all i can think of. good luck

Just had that happen to an SL500. I would say your bushing is leaking the silicone fluid out. Its even the same color as the one I encountered.
