German ECU software

German ECU software
Hello All, I have a Canadian 1992 500SL.
Built in germany .. yada yada yada, howver the engine is retarded to Canadian emission standards ( similar to California Standards)
My question.
Does anyone know of any german forums where I could maybe find someone who will upload their ECU software form their German SL500 and send it to me, my friend runs an German performance shop and has the scanner ( or whatever you call it ) that can program the Merc's computer's
He said if I get my hands on the software he will flash mine w/the euro spec engine timing etc. And he will set it back to the 1canadian when I hafta go through AirCare ( if you dont know what Aircare is ... consider yourself lucky
So anyone know ( or even have ?) where I can get the german ECU flash I would be eternaly grateful
