4-05... you mean 4 of them? 
Good luck finding mid-30's... it'll be out of warranty and barebone '05 E55. Wait for one or two years.... then you won't have any problems. If you want now and low mileage, best bet is '03. If you want avg. mileage (12K/year), you could find some '04.
