06 e55 wagon
FS: 2006 E55 wagon
I've decided to possibly sell my rare 2006 E55 wagon as I need a more economical car for my daily commute of 100 miles. To my knowledge, only 67 of these were imported into the US for the 2006 model year. It's Black Opal which I think is also fairly rare ... a deep blue/black metalic paint with black interior.
It has every option for the wagon minus parktronic and distronic. The original sticker was $93K +. Mileage right now is at 35K. I'm asking $49.5K ...
Here is the ebay link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ksid=p3907.m32
Here are the details:
- 2006 E55 Wagon
- Black Opal exterior
- Black interior
- all options minus parktronic and distronic which includes active/dynamic/heated/cooled/massaging seats, navigation, third row seats, keyless go, automatic closing rear hatch
- 35K miles
- Factory warranty until 11/09
- all service up to date including just performed service C at the dealer
- no accidents, paint work, or tracking
- no mods except for K&N filters and white star flat badge so there is no issue with the warranty
Some pics are attached and there are more on the ebay auction. I can send high res pics on demand or take more shots if you want to see anything in particular.
I'm not desperate to sell, but I'm willing to entertain offers.
Thanks,
Josh

Some additional information ...
I just brought the car in for some warranty service and other issues and had the following work performed under warranty:
- reflashed TCU with latest code, seems to have improved shifting so far
- replaced motor mounts, car seems much smoother now, apparently one of the mounts had pretty much collapsed
- fixed issue with dynamic seats where air pump was cutting out
- replaced idler pulley
- tightened sunroof and fixed an annoying rattle
They also replaced the drive belt at my cost.
Car is running and looking great.

I had an agreement with a buyer from this forum, but he seems to be blowing me off now, so I guess he changed his mind.
Anyway, the car is still for sale. I have more pics available, PM me with your e-mail address if interested.
Thanks,
Josh

Make me an offer ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The previous verbal agreement was at $49K, so I'm not too tempted to go below that right away since there has already been interest at that price point.
Thanks,
Josh

E55 Wagon for sale
Good afternoon:
I am looking for a client here in the Pacific NW for a car just like yours. Is the car still available for sale? If so, please provide some private contact information and I will be in touch with my client as well to see what we can do. Thanks.
P.S. I am not interested in 'earning' a commission from you either. This client is a personal friend and we also do business in a different field. This is more of a favor than anything.
Thanks again
