2018 GLS63 AMG
FS: 1990 Mercedes 300 SL Convertible *Miami, FL*
One of my friends in Miami is selling his private collection. He has a 1990 300SL, 1978 350 SLC, and a 1975 450 SL.
Located in Coral Gables, Florida (Miami area).
1990 Mercedes 300 SL:
Recently it has had (in the last 2 years):
1) New brakes & rotors ($975)
2) New softop ($890)
3) All new cylinder motors for power top ($2,800)
4) New 19 inch tires ($600)
5) New spark plugs & wires ($350)
6) New engine computer ($2,500)
7) New A/C compressor & freon ($1,200)
8) New radiator & hoses ($700)
9) New transmission hoses ($300)
10) Flip out DVD/CD Panasonic brand with TV tuner
It runs great. It has 19 inch AMG style staggered wheels. It also has the bumpers & side moldings painted white to make it look like the later SL models. It also has SL500 badging in the rear.
All the power options work. The seats are in decent shape and the car has the wood package and wood steering wheel. I have the matching Hardtop as well!
It has 52,480 miles on the odometer, but the odometer stopped working last year. I have only driven it at most 5,000 miles since that time.
It does have a Rebuilt title, this was NOT due to a accident. It was due to a theft recovery.
He is asking $8,500 or best offer.
Thanks for looking
