2001 S55 - 100K warranty
I'm considering selling my S55 that has proven to perform flawlessly and without issue. I'm simply cutting and pasting my eBay listing below. Carfax will show it was in Louisiana during Katrina and in Iowa during the flood of 2008, both without damage and away from water. It has never had any type of accident or water damage. It has had a warranty its whole life and as you will see, will expire very soon. My point being, no maintenance was spared with the warranty. This is an enthusiast owned S55 with mostly highway miles and no winter driving. My commute is 42 miles roundtrip on the Interstate and is stored during the winter months. It is smoke free, accident free and no paint or body work. I use only Zainos car care products for the exterior, Leatherique and 303 for the interior. The mileage and care is indicative of a five passenger auto with a single driver, I rarely have passengers and the interior shows. I have receipts, records and the VMI report from the dealer outlining all warranty work. It also has an extended warranty until 2012 or 100,000 miles. I have recently replaced all six control arms, ***** joints, tie rod assembly, front brake rotors and brake pads, rear brake pads, ABC suspension hose recall service, serpentine belt, spark plugs, fuel filter, transmission service and 16 quart flush, coolant flush and regular 5,000 mile oil change intervals with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil. The handling is fluid and responsive with an all new front suspension service. Other maintenance items are outlined with accompanying documentation. The Bridgestone RE960AS tires have about 10,000 miles of wear and lots of tread left. There has been no repairs needed to any of the "big ticket" items or the ABC suspension and everything operates as when new.
It is equipped with soft close doors, ABC suspension, upgraded wood and leather steering wheel, new AMG wood and chrome shift knob (I have the original leather shift knob also), pre-wired phone (phone not included), voice command, rear sunshade, massaging/pulsating front seats, heated and cooled front seats, heated rear seats, navigation, retractable mirrors, rear sunshade, trunk net, all weather floor mats, cd changer, auto dim xenon head lamps and everything else that comes with a heavily equipped S55 AMG. It has a hand built 5.4 liter naturally aspirated engine with immense power and a lot of life remaining. The transmission has been flawless and shifts ultra smooth. Consistently averages 20 miles per gallon. It comes with one original key and one new chrome style key, several navigation cd's, changer cartridge, owners manuals and service records. This has been a truly wonderful, trouble free Mercedes to drive as well as own. There is a small paint blemish near the fuel door, please see photos for details.

The car now has 98,500 miles and is in storage in Iowa City, Iowa, oh and price is $18,000. I'm selling to either get a newer version with more horsepower or keep the cash and invest inmore real estate. I have the title in my possession.

Looking at all the posts makes me wonder if any cars are selling! Some beautiful cars at cheap prices all over the net...means cheap selling prices for sellers...
