WTB: CL55 or S55

S500 Grand Edition
WTB: CL55 or S55
I'm in the market for either a CL55 or S55. I would prefer them to be '04-'05 but '03s are also under consideration.
Things that matter to me, from most to least important
Color - Ext. either black, white, burgundy (never seen a burgundy CL55 but, why not,) or blue, Int. tan or brown (no black/grey/ash)
Wheels/Rims - Stock is preferable
Warranty - Not necessary, but it adds about $3,500 in value for you
Designo edition - Always a plus
Aftermarket mods - None
Mileage - Below 65K if possible, higher-mileage is a possibility under the right circumstance
Obviously the interior color narrows down the field considerably as it seems under 10% of these cars have beige leather.
Other stuff:
I work for an airline therefore I have no problems with flying out to most cities to see or drive a car in person
I currently drive an immaculate W140 S500 Grand Edition. It's available for sale/trade.
Finally, I would consider an '04-'06 E55 or SLK55 as well, just not going after those as hard.

It's not the color you're looking for, but a good friend of mine works for Hertrich Lincoln Mercury in Dover, Delaware and just took in a one owner 2004 CL55 in Silver with 27k miles. I don't know the details as far as options.
