Good luck with the sale, but I think you're going to find very little interest at that price. 2002 E55's are going for 14k or less right now, the ones that are actually selling.

I've seen C32's on Auto Trader a bit chaper with good mileage. They were going for 15-17k in great shape. Good luck with the sale.
