WTB: Wanted: 1981-1985 300D or 300TD
Wanted: 1981-1985 Mercedes-Benz Turbo Diesel 300D or 300TD Waggon. Body in good shape (removable panels such as doors and hood could have some rust but need the car to be structurally sound). PS,PB,PW,Air,Auto. Price Neg. I live in Orillia, Ontario, Canada. (705) 326-3361 dtutty@vianet.ca.
I need a new daily-driver. We put on average 50,000 Km per year (range 20-80) on a car year-round. Need a reliable older car. My 1986 Pontiac waggon has rusted out its floor after 630,000 Km. Mechanical parts are hard or impossible to get new for it, whereas the MB has parts available and is very reliable.
