Black 2006 Mercedes Benz E350 w/ 44470 babied miles

Selling my 2006 Mercedes Benz E350, black with beige leather, with only 44,470 babied miles. Wife is expecting, and I need to upgrade to a SUV.
The car is absolutely prestine, and has never been in any accident big or small, has a clean record, and was recently serviced by Pleasanton Mercedes with an oil change.
They said the car is absolutely perfect mechanically, has zero problems, and is the best car I have ever had.
The car has a 7 speed automatic transmission. Always garaged, and adult owned. Non smoker. Car is paid off, and I have the pink slip in hand. Registration is paid through
December 2010.
It has new wheels and tires. They are Mercedes E63 Replica Alloys, 18x8.5 in the front, and 18x9.5 in the rear. Tires are Falken 912, and they are 245/40/18 front, and
265/35/18 rear. Tires are incredibly quiet, and have about 95% tread left.
The car also has a carbon fiber rear spoiler, which I think looks very nice
