Yeah, we bought the car last summer and the wheels a few months ago. It's a great car in really nice condition. My wife and I have had 60+ cars over the last 18 years so we have a tendancy to not keep them very long..... I know, it's a sickness. We had a S8 b/f this car and want another is reason for sale. Miss the roar of the V10 with a free flow exhaust.

Range of prices within this search:
Highest Price: $39,950
Lowest Price: $31,999
Average Price: $36,312
Of the 35 2005 E55s on autotrader none are platinum blue.
Hope that helps.

Price change to $37,000. Being sold with original wheels/tires (the 20s are NLA) and no warranty. New AMG mats included.
I had the car completely checked out last week at Hendrick Motors (Mercedes dealer) from bumper to bumper with the instructions to replace or repair anything that needed attention. Both rear shocks were leaking and were replaced. My service advisor is willing to speak with any serious buyer regarding the car and it's condition.

I've never bought a car on ebay or out of state for that matter. I guess i should do some research and hope that the car doesn't sell. I'd love to look into it, let me know what you decide to do Chuck. Cheers.

Bump for price change to $36,500 firm
I know I don't have to tell this group especially those looking for an E55 but; My E55 Estate is one of the lowest mileage 2005 or 2006 E55s currently available for sale according to autotrader, eBay and cars.com and not to mention it's an ultra rare wagon in outstanding condition.

Sold..?
Guess it sold on ebay Chuck?
If so, good for you.
I was thinking hard about increasing my bids, but won't you know it: Yesterday my employer started furloughing pilots, and I am fairly close to the bottom (5%) and may be on the street in April or May.
Need to tighten the belt and stop thinking about AMG Wagons...![Shakehead](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/shakehead.gif)
The good 'ol E-500 Wagon will do just fine for the next 3 years...Unless I end up with a winning lotto ticket of course...
