WTB: SL65 or SL55, low mileage

I'm looking for one of the following:

LOW Mileage
SL65 2005-06
SL55 2006-07
Exterior - White, Black or Silver
Interior - Black or Gray

CPO / Extended Warranty a huge ++
Modifications are ok and even preferred. Stock is perfectly fine as well.
Stock and aftermarket wheels are both ok.
