FS: Rare Jade Black 2005 E55 w/MB Warranty
I am selling my E55. It is a rare Jade Black E55 and has a full transferrable warranty from Mercedes (it's a CPO car).
Jade black is a VERY cool color. It is a Mercedes original color (the car has not been repainted, but is not the typical greens such as Evergreen, etc.) It is Black in most light, but in direct sunlight (and almost only in direct sunlight), a dark green metallic comes shining through the clearcoat. Classy and unusal. The interior is designo charcoal.
The car has 53,6xx miles. It has been garaged day and night; has new tires and brakes; and has been exclusively dealer serviced. I have every single service receipt since new as well as the car's history. I have all books and keys. SO you are getting a solid car with a great pedigree.
My car has the least troublesome, but most important (in my opinion, anyway) options including:
Phone System with Voice Control Service $1,450
Glass Sunroof
Lighting package $1,200
- Headlamp washing system
- Bi-xenon active light system (turn right or left when you steer right or left !)
Heated and Active Ventilated Front Seats $660
DVD COMAND Navigation w/Voice Control $1,220
Power rear sunshade $460
6-disc CD Changer $420
v60 Telephone and Cradle $760

I have the Service Receipts from day one
As I said in the text of eBay listing, the AutoCheck is wrong. But if history is a mean for prediction, I cetainly expect nothing more from you, "emoving", in terms of overly strict scrutiny.
I have the actual service receipts on the car. SO there is no question on ownership history. It looks like when the first owner relocated, the AutoCheck folks called the new title a new issuance even though it was the same owner.
I said it is garaged day and night. Of course that can only apply to my tenure. I respect your criticism of not knowing what happened before I had the car. But your implication is kind of extreme...kind of splitting hairs. I would not expect anyone, anyone, to ever represent something about the prior owner unless it's in the car's records.
My Maserati actually was stored inside at the dealer before I purchased it, so there is a monthly storage fee receipt. Obviously, that is not the situation here.

Extending Warranty
I do not know the answer. That said, I am pretty confident that the warranty term *can't* be changed. For firsthand knowledge, I recommend that you call Mercedes and ask them. As an aside, I know that Audi now sells a factory authorized product from Fidelity; perhaps Mercedes offers the same.

Nice car too, that colour is very unusual! My father's W220 S500 looked almost purple in some lights and a markedly different royal blue in others. Looked great!

but not really a flip flop type of paint. Mercedes makes a color called black opal...it does the same thing but looks blue.
So if you have seen that, you know what I mean.
The color only comes through in really bright sunlight. It's not a gawdy thing though

Hi, Beautiful car! Sorry for the newb question, but you describe the interior as designo charcoal. Can you describe the difference between a designo interior and regular? Thanks.

The type of leather chosen, as well as french stitching in a contrasting color (in this case).
"designo" can mean a bunch of different option packages: woods; tailoring; and/or colors depending upon which car; model year; etc. and how MB chooses to package.
