I guess no deal, cannot get ahold of him for days. GLWS

I was able to talk to him around the end of February, I got a loan approved (told him) but then he stopped communicating on his end when I said that I wanted a ppi. I said I would drive to him and get it all done on a day of his choosing, I live about 2 hours from him, he lives outside of Washington DC area.
He didn't respond to emails or pm's again after a few days into March.

I know people get busy with life and all but makes you think something fishy was going on...

sounds fishy when you are ready to pull the trigger and all communication is cut off?? I mean if you want to sell your car and the buyer has loan approved and want PPI, you would make time to meet up and sell it??

He did say he would look into a ppi and pooof, no more communication
Well he does have till the end of today to send the bank the info they need to release the money but he has known that for almost 4 weeks.

currently in discussions again today , I will keep you posted. BSX144 please keep us posted on your status. I agree life is busy but ifyou want to sell then it takes just a few minutes a day to make it happen.

Deal is worked out and closing on monday, So glad to be getting another E55. this one could be my cars twin except for the Nav and a year newer. Thanks Almo for the help.
