Hi all,
I am selling my 1985 Mercedes 300SD Turbo Diesel and was wondering what I should ask for. I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle, and it has been taken care of. It currently has 258k miles on it. As a graduate student I am out of time and money. It is not in perfect shape, but all problems are cosmetic. Needs some new paint as there are some bubbles in a few places. The engine starts right up and is still running strong. Interior is in good shape, replaced radio with CD player, but still have original audio equipment. This vehicle would be considered a daily driver. The miles I have put on are mostly commuter miles traveling to school and back. I know NADA says poor value is above $5k and someone just offered around $2k.

I've seen them $1,500 - $4500, most Ads around $2500-$3000

Depends on the location too.
