I am thinking of selling my 04 S55, blk/blk, kleeman pulley and stage 2 tune with kleeman headers and sport cats, 80mm TB. OZ 19 inch superleggaria II wheels and Michelins with good tread, fresh rear barkes (will need fronts soon). Also have all stock parts including 18 inch rims. 88k miles with 12k / >a year left on bumper to bumper Chrysler warranty. Great shape with perfect interior and very few little hod pits in paint. Recent ABC pump and valve body as well as new pulleys, belts, and tensioners all under fully transferrable warranty.
Anyone looking for one? What should I be asking? I know what the same car stock and no warranty is worth. What should I expect for mine with mods and warranty?

I sold my 03 about 1 year ago for $19,500. It had 95k on the odometer and was bone stock. Rare white with tan interior, no accidents and immaculate.
Yours should fetch a bit more with lower miles and some might argue a bit more with the mods but in the real world supposedly mods don't add value. If you get in the low 20's I may be interested.
Best of luck!

Or do what I have decided to do: keep pressing the pedal and grinning ear-to-ear. Just ate up a 911 carrera on the way to work today. I'd rather ruin his day than ruin mine by selling!

Just a note to say I've decided to drive it until the wheels fall off. I can't find anything I'd rather be driving. Thanks to all who inquired but no longer for sale.

emoving - if you took the time to read (assuming you can) all of the thread you'll see that I never said I expected 28k, more like low 20s as I was the one who admitted that it's almost impossible to get $ back from mods. I'd put the car at 19-20 with the mods stripped.
But thanks anyway for yet another useless rock throwing post. Looking at your history its obvious that trying to be some sort of smart *** is your main purpose in life so I guess its to be expected. Perhaps someday you'll grow up and contribute something postitive. Until then I'm about to post a set of OZ wheels for sale. Be sure to jump in there with more useless, non-contributing drivel and uninformed opinions.

Sounds close to me. I would think the mileage combined with the warranty would put the car at about $25. Yeah there are cars on eBay for $20 but all with 120+ k miles and no warranty or mods. The wheels and fresh tires should add enough to make it the $25 number. That leaves the mods which ONLY enthusiasts see as an adder and still you never recover near what they cost. I would think $28k or so as it sits would be very fair but maybe that's unrealistic. I may part out the mods and put it back to stock.

Just a quick update, I was just in at my local dealer for a quick warranty issue and they offered my $22 cash for my 98k mile 2004 S55. NOT AS A TRADE but cash purchase. They are hurting big time for used cars with new car sales in the crapper. This is consistent with several articles I've seen recently about the used car market in general across the industry.
I'ver decided to keep my car and drive it forever but if you are considering trading no time like the present to cut a deal!

IMO, just keep the car, for $22K you can only buy a fully equipped Honda Civic after tax. Its just not worth to sell it. The maintenance is not really that much compare the depreciation lost. Lets say you pay $3k per year to fix average, its nothing compare to the lost value. Just keep it, its a safe car and even today standard, 04 S55K is a very fast and BIG luxury car.
