I have had some great interesting PM's..Some serious and some just tire-kicking.
Everyone has asked me for the same things..>Pics of inside and dyno sheets.. Sorry for the delay, I was helping out one guy who seemed to want the car and now has fallen off due to financing.
Car showed that day 515hp to the wheels and 600+ torque....

Car is amazing.. my friend has been looking for a white/pano for months now, but the price is more than he wants to pay and he has no use for the wheels/audio/bodykit.
Best of luck with this!

PRICE REDUCTION - $37,900.00
I have searched the classifieds and checked other resources...You will not find a cleaner, more optioned, white/pano with warranty with these miles. The engine modifications alone put this car in a different ballpark not to mention the beautiful Brabus exterior and custom wheels...If you are looking for a white E55 and have been waiting for the right one...HERE IT IS

I just changed my career and will be putting a lot of miles in my future and prefer not to do that to this car. I also just bought a house and since I just got my wife a 535i I figured it might make more sense to have a utility suv that I dont mind putting miles on.

Honestly...? If I had other wheels and took out the few audio things purchased stock parts how much less do you really think the car would be discounted? I mean forget the fact it has close to 10-12k of performance parts added and I know an authentic brabus kit is not a few thousand dollars...take in account it's not an everyday silver or black and it has a warranty added.
The car sits as you see it - I cannot take a few things off and drop the price 10k... That is just crazy... Also if you were to even add a fraction of the parts included with my sale and not to mention labor costs and headaches to make it just right you would honestly see that in a different light.
In retro-spect I am not or have not tried to gather every dime added to the car. I simply know the value of a modded e55-2005 and there is a small premium for the color combination, warranty and incredible horsepower..

No need to get defensive.. just trying to help you out by passing along the word! What is with people on this site?
Unfortunately the money spent to "get things right" is maintenance.. when I go to sell my e55, I'm not going to charge the buyer for all of my previous warranty work and oil changes. White/Pano w/ warranty definitely carries a premium but we all know mods add no value to a car, in most cases it decreases the value. If you would like an example look at PertPlus' thread where everyone jumped on him for asking price and told him his mods had no value.
Best of luck with your sale, I'm sure someone will come along and buy it... eventually

Mods add value to the buyer looking for those mods or a "modded" car. You are right I am not charging a 30k plus premium for the mods on this car but the stated color, warranty and miles/options are what I am using as reference... The mods justify the value and differ this against others who have a similar one on the market.
Nothing wrong with mbworld members I am just getting tired of the pm's asking me "if you removed the tint, took the brabus badges off the car can I offer 25k instead"... Yea I got a few of those

WOW very beautiful car. Not trying to rain on the parade but people are having trouble getting even 28-29k on these 55'S retail with less miles. I think the latest Manheim is around lo to mid 20's. I know it's a rare car but if you get 32-33,000 you're doing real well in this market IMO. Again a true rare car, but modded cars are always a risky buy. Hope you get what you need. GLWS

Funny? I checked manahiem and a 2005 low miles mint white is def not low 20's... Can you show me comparable year models and options for low 20's?
2003-2004 I have seen at those prices with higher miles but not 2005's and ones with pano roof.
I am not arguing with you ... I am just debating and asking you. Some people think I am condescending but I am not trying to be.

I think the car is awesome looking. As far as a debate it's tough. A car always has a seat for everyone at some price.
I have a friend who told me he could have bought this one for $32,500(he just bought an 07 E63 for $40,000)
Not White but pretty close with the rest of the stuff to yours. I think you should have no trouble selling at 32-33 but it may take the exact buyer to come along to get anymore. Best of luck it's a beauty.
