I'm looking to buy a 2004-2006 E55 with no more than 45k miles. I prefer silver but will also consider gray and black. Must have cooled seats. Must be STOCK. Pano or any other options would be nice, but not a must.

I'm located in San Diego, CA and prefer a California car, but I will travel/ship the right car from anywhere in the continental US. I have no set budget and I'm willing to pay a fair price for the right vehicle.
