Hello all looks like our house in VA is finally going to sell so now I can get out of the worst C280 ever. I have been looking around S FL and SW FL for a Silver on Black C55 and everyone I come across is Silver on Ash Grey... I always equate light grey with a cofin and I don't like to drive cars with light grey interiors. are the Silver on black harder to come by? Would love Silver on dark blue like my old 300D but I think the closest I have seen to that was on C32s with blue inserts.

So if anyone has a C55 Silver/Black and they are looking to get rid of it. hit me up.

Not sure if I want make the trek that far. Who knows could be a fun trip back. still have sometime before buying.

 

You should be able to find at least 5 or 6 on autotrader. I did....even though I ended up buying 1 local.

And it is a great car. I like it better than a c63. I do wish I could put the 63 motor in the 55.

So I did a autotrader search and the closest one to be is in Marrietta GA, about 550 miles.

$27K, 51K miles, has existing CPO.

 

So I ended up getting a Black/Black 05 C55.

So the search is over.

I did in the C55 forum.

 

should have gotten an E55.. Basically in the same price range, yet you get a whole different animal.

 

With more costs associated... and I don't think you can get an E55 for $17K
