Word of advise on selling on this site........not worth it!! I got two emails that did not follow through on my car (09 C63). Don't know if this is norm....but just stating my experience.
I placed on autotrader/ ebay/ craigslist. Ebay was by far the most active listing with over 30 offers on car. Craigslist sucked with just two low ball offers that didn't follow through ( only good for selling stuff around 10k IMHO)
Lastly, I got 7 leads from Autotrader, that were all legit ......but ended up selling to first one to get me a deposit.....happened to be ebay.
Will post back to give final result if buyer actually completes transaction (always weary of ebay buyers
). .......Wish you luck with your sale and maybe my info/experience will be helpful to you.

Good luck with sale buddy! This is a badass car and if I had the available cash I'd probably pick it up 
65's are great until something breaks. Then you are paying a repair bill on what was originally near $200k car 
Hence the price drops once out of warranty
Personally I would...I have had a few C63's and many other AMG's and come winter these cars are tough to sell.....IMO
With the CTS-V now breaching mid 40's ...the whole market is tough
Your car is quick but a CL65 selling now under $40k ...is a 122 mph car stock....a true supercar...and to me as a AVID 65 fan over all other AMG's they are too cheap by comparison to any other AMG...
Many M3 fans have sold and went to the C63..I have sold 2 that way...put your car on the M board...... u might get a buyer there...

I have to disagree---
All Amg's are expensive to fix unless you go to an independent mechanic...which I do....
I have owned more then 10 65's in the last year and a half with more then 50k miles accumulated...money spent --$1480.00 included a set of brakes for one and oil changes and 1 abc line....
Sorry but I only own 65's out of warranty.... better to get the facts from a owner many of these cars.....
Simply put the 65 is king...now discontinued....the legend of AMG Period!!

Not real numbers avalible but should be around 480+rw. Car runs 11.5's all day in positive day. Negative should drop to 11.4 maybe 11.3. Car is fast very and on highway it keeps up with cars that trap 126+

if you want to move this car within 30 days you have to do much, much better on the price. also remove your 1/4 results and... dont even mention it...
lastly, if i was you i would replace the drs with regular tires before trying to sell privately.
