Hello all,

I have been searching for a 2005-2006 E320 CDI nationwide for a few months now and haven’t found a vehicle yet that I’d be willing to purchase. I was wondering if anyone here is/or would be interested in selling their E320 CDI? Ideally I’d like a white, silver, gray, or pewter car (no black please) with the following options:

70,000 miles or less
Rear flat folding seats
Heated seats
Navigation
Xenon lighting
Dynamic seating would be awesome if I could find one.
Warranty is a plus but not necessary

I am serious about purchasing a CDI in the next couple of weeks and if you would like to sell yours or know of one for sale, let me know.

Are you still in the market for a CDI? I may be selling mine in the next few weeks. I have a 2005 with 62,000 miles. It's charcoal with grey interior. No Nav. or Xenons, but I will be selling it cheap. I think like $23,500.

I have a 2005 with 37K on it.
Car has from the factory:
White on Parchment leather
Dynamic seats
PDC front and rear,
wood and leather wheel
Power rear shade on back window, and manual shaded on the rear side windows
Navigation, auto trunk closer, keyless go,and updated tails.
Mods include:
real E55 wheels with fresh Michelins,
E63 trunk spoiler,
Kleemann KD box,
Flat DFW Guy white starhood ornament
EXTENSIVE clear bra
Over maintained- Oil changes every 6K using Mobil 1 0-40, and ALL filters and fluids have been refreshed using OEM products because I am that picky.
All service records, and the original window sticker.
Car has the factory Starmark Warranty til 75K or July 2011.
Garage kept and hand washed and waxed by me on a very regular basis using Maguire's products and a Porter Cable Orbital Buffer.

I have a flint grey / black interior' 06 320CDI 75K miles for sale for $20K. All maintenance at WPB Mercedes, including full service last week. Like new tires, pads, oil, trans flush etc.

Has car fax for light front damage, but looks like new and was repaired properly according to Mercedes dealer. If panels replaced original. Inspection and maint history encouraged. Looking for an ML 320CDI '07 / '08. Baby coming Tuesday.

I have a 2005 E320 CDI with 71000 miles. Up to date on all service and in incredible condition in Flint Grey Metallic. 2nd owner with remainder of extended warranty. No Rear flat folding seats, Navigation or Xenon lighting. Always garaged and well maintained. 29 mpg around town, 39-42 on the highway...asking $23500. Please email thomas_j_mccann@hotmail.com

I made a mistake on the actual color (looked at the window sticker in the glove box) It is Tectite Grey premium paint with Ash Leather interior. I am now asking $22400...breaks my heart to sell it but need a car that I feel I can let my teenagers drive and not worry about...
