The next owner wont have to worry about a huge down payment to get that lease rate.

Please dont get offended, but this essentially implies the depreciation on more than a yr old C63 with 7k miles is close to 27k in 2 years.
I bet anyone can buy a new unmolested 2012 C63 for 65K and sell it for 45k (easy) after 2 years.
Just saying that you need to think over ur price strategy.

How does one think over there price strategy when its a lease take over? Take over a acquistion fee and have fun with the car for the 28 months and then drop it off at the dealer, Im kinda of lost... Thank god I leased it and not bought a new amg the depreciation is disgusting.

You are missing the point. There is a monetary value associated with the option of walking away from the car. Buying out at end of lease term is always more expensive, but the option to buy/walk more than makes up for the premium.
