2010 E350 Lease Transfer in SoCal: $637/mo

Hi all,

I'm putting my leased 2010 E350 up for a lease transfer in (Southern) California.

The advertised payment of $637 includes a $500 incentive from me at completion of the deal (the contractual lease payment is $653.72 before tax. You should use this number to calculate your tax and total monthly payment).

**Note that the advertised payment does not include sales tax, because it would vary depending on your county in California. I'm not sure how sales tax is applied in neighboring states like Arizona or Nevada**

Vitals:
-2010 E350 Sedan Sport
-30 months left, 1285 miles/month (15k+ year)
-Black on Black with Black Ash Wood Trim

This car is pretty loaded and has a number of extras and items of note:

1) Premium 2 Package instead of P1. This package includes everything in Premium 1 plus Xenon headlights, LED fog lamps, Keyless Go, and Electronic Trunk Closer
2) Drive Dynamic Multicontour Seats with driver massage
3) Parktronic with Parking Guidance
4) Optional Split Folding Rear Seats
5) Sport Package
6) Tinted windows (sides and back)
7) Sirius NavTraffic renewed in Jan 11
8) Sirius Radio renewed in Jan 11
9) Mercedes MBrace renewed Jan 11
10) Service A maintenance completed Feb 11

Additionally, the car is on a 15k miles/yr lease of which I'm currently under mileage. So you would have over 15k miles/yr for the remainder of the lease.

I love this car, have taken great care of it and it hasn't given me any problems. I'm going through the lease transfer process because my wife is giving me her SUV so she can get a new car

I've actually done a lease transfer before and everything is straightforward and officially handled through Mercedes Benz Financial. If you want learn more about how lease transfers work and their advantages, you can go to: http://www.leasetrader.com/help

From the FAQ: WHY TAKE OVER A LEASE?
-No down payment: Continue making the monthly lease payments to the leasing company until the end of the term.
-Shorter term leases: Short time commitment, simply take-over remaining of the lease.
-Save thousands of dollars: No down payments required. E.g. someone gave a $3500 down payment on a lease to lower the lease payments. You do not have to pay the $3500 down payment.
-Get more cars more often: Taking over a car lease gives you flexibility to lease a vehicle for a short amount of time.
-Mileage benefit: benefit from the unused miles from the original lessee.

Feel free to msg me if you have any questions!
