Classic 2002 E55 (W210)! Asking $12K

I love this car but I'm back in school and I just don't drive it enough anymore, so the time has come to sell... This is a great, rare car. I've owned it for 3 years. My home is New Hampshire, the car is titled there. I have the title in hand.

The car is currently with me at school in Provo, UT. I am asking $12,000.

I have both keys and all owner's manuals in their leather case. 89,6xx miles. Xenon headlights, voice control, V60 cell attachment thing. No COMAND (it sucks anyway).

I have all service records/receipts from when I bought the car to present. All fluid changes, maintenance items done on time. Most recent major was the 80,000mi service which included oil/filter change (synthetic oil always), fuel filter change, rear differential oil change, cabin and engine air filter changes, new mass air flow sensor. Brakes and very nice Toyo Proxes4 tires are still in great shape. Transmission serviced last year.

It's completely stock.

Cons: Needs a touch-up on the front bumper (visible in pic), not much but a little curb rash on front wheels. And it has the pixel problem with the temp gauge on the dash, but I am skilled with electronics and will fix that soon. Side bolsters on the multi-contour seats don't like staying inflated, rest works great.

I was rear-ended in this car back in November 2009, but the damage was all fully repaired by literally the best body shop in my home state, (Reflections Auto Body, Greenland, NH) who specialize in Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and other high-end cars. ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE TO THE FRAME. I was not hit all that hard so there wasn't much damage. They replaced the trunk lid, rear bumper, rear tail lights, exhaust system up to rear cats, rear body panel, and fixed the rear quarterpanels. It was an amazing job and you absolutely cannot tell that anything happened.

Kinda wordy, but I wanted all the info I can think of out there. Questions? Comments? Offers?

*or best offer -- forgot to mention that.

Also, no leaks, engine runs smooth and strong, shifts perfectly through all the gears. Also it is immaculate inside and out.
