They vary...

I think realistically, a good car, delivered and tuned can range from low $40s to $50s. But it really depends on model, year, miles, and condition.

Dino, not trying to call you out here or anything, but you seem to be farming or selling email addresses.



When I went to SafeUnsubscribe from that email (some weight loss newsletter), it even showed up as Veloce Performance, and I never signed up for your company's newsletter - you just started sending it to me after we exchanged a few emails about some cars you had for sale.

Either way, fair warning for anybody else dealing with Veloce/Dino. Great cars, great deals and a great guy, but shady and/or plain old incompetent dealings otherwise.

If someone has interest in our tuning, or cars, I will put them on my newsletter list. I think I have sent 3 newsletters in the past 4 years. But I get 10 emails/day from guys wanting various cars, etc. It made allot of sense to throw the cars that I think are good cars at decent prices, In a newsletter, rather than sending 50+ emails separately. Wow, 'incompetent'! I sometimes don't know the full spec on a particular car or the exact shipping costs, but 'shady? 'That's pretty harsh. Maybe he just had a bad day. I wonder who it is?

Try reading my post again. I had no problem with the VP newsletter - I actually read it start to finish. What I had a problem with was getting put on some other random weight loss newsletter (I'm 6'1", 180; this isn't a "I'm a fatty and I'm offended!" thing) without my permission and without you having requested to do so. That, alongside your cheap and out-of-date website, reeks of technological incompetence and/or you selling email addresses, i.e.; bad juju.

Hell, if you had spent some time polishing your business communication practices instead of your cars so much, you would have had an additional sale from me. Either way, I wasn't insulting your cars - they're well-picked and priced well - and your post-purchase customer service is not only unique and an incredibly well-thought out addition, but your sales techniques and communications are obviously lacking.

In my experience, a salesman who can't or won't put 100% into his communications with customers quite often has other areas in his business that don't have 100% put into them. I just wanted to warn any other potential buyers of my... how should I put this delicately... "less than stellar" experience with you and your company. This isn't to say that you shouldn't be trusted; just that what you say should be taken with a grain of salt.

Mods - if this constitutes thread crapping, then by all means, please let me know and I'll make a separate thread.

Dino cleared things up - his secretary made a mistake and added me to a separate mailing list for his other business. He's not selling email addresses. It was an honest mistake on the part of his company.

I stand by what I said before about his cars - they all seem like total gems, even before the tuning/delivery and great prices - but I also stand by my comments about his sales practices. If you're a fan of salespeople who conduct themselves as businessmen with class instead of overconfidence and boasting, look elsewhere.
