Sorry for any confusion. I am not the best at typing. Yes it is on the title ready to be signed over to the next owner. If if help you out I am willing to trade you car in plus a cash difference. You would pay taxes just on the difference between both our vehicles instead of the full amount. So you could save a tremendous amount on taxes.
I believe I mentioned it already but it includes 3 sets of keys. I love this vehicle. Best car I have owned so far in my life and I have owned a lot of different vehicles including Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, etc. Wish I could keep it but I have to sell it.
One of my favorite features of the car is the is called a DISTRONIC PLUS PACKAGE and it includes: DISTRONIC PLUS with parking guidance and blind spot assist.
I am not sure if you have used this feature however, with this option the car can drive itself. The majority of CL 550 do not have this option because its pricey. It is very worth it and to me its worth the extra money. Here is a 2 minute video demonstrating only the Distronic Plus if you are not familiar with this option:

The blind spot assist is awesome too. It illuminates an orange triangle in your driver or passenger side mirror when someone is in your blind spot.
