It is official that my wife wants to get a W204, so it means that we either sell the Escalade outright or trade it for a suitable car.
If push comes to shove, a 2008 might also work but we are mostly interested in 09+ C350s with less than 60K miles, or so. The more loaded, the better (prefer to have navi, iPod integration, memory seat, seat heaters etc.).
The car must be in excellent shape with maintenance records etc. available. Not interested in any salvage etc. cars. Distance is not an issue for me.
Our Escalade has 98K miles and runs/drives great. No dents/dings/scratches etc. on the outside and the interior is clean with no stains/odors/rips/tears etc. It is fully loaded with the exception of not having navi or rear seat DVD and everything works as it should.
Just did 100K service (all fluids, plugs etc. changed) myself. 22" OEM chrome wheels have almost new Yokohama tires on them.

Price of the truck is somewhere in the $26000 neighborhood, so trades should be somewhere over there, too. If wanting to buy outright, the price is slightly negotiable.
