The car has 67,000 miles and has warranty until 2013 December or 135k miles whichever comes first. So another 65k miles of warranty left. This is the extended warranty from Mercedes Benz.

I need a bigger car because of expanding family.

I can't find a single car in the lower 48s with 2 years of MB certified warranty.

There are 8 cars between $24,000 and $25,000 and they all have miles between 55k and 90k, all selling in the US with 1 year of warranty and none of them have the options as listed on my car.

Compared to any of those cars, you'll get 2 years of warranty. (MB charges $2000 for that)
You'll get more options.
None of them have wooden steering.
None of them have rear spoiler.
None of them have brand new tires.
None of them have Power trunk.

I spent $1400 on tires and updating the car. And I am looking for $23000 with warranty.
