'11 MB GL450 Lease Assumption - ONLY 1,570 MILES!!
We have an immaculate '11 Mercedes Benz GL450 with only 1,570 miles!!!! This is a lease through Mercedes Financial that we are looking for someone to assume. The lease ends on January 15, 2014, so there are only 21 payments remaining and the lease is for 22,500 miles, that is approximately 1,000 miles per month remaining. The Mercedes dealer maintenance is included for 3/30k services (worth over $800).
We have had this for 5 months and our priorities have changed. You will not be disappointed. In addition to the options on the window sticker, we have added: chrome roof crossbars, floor liners, rear full cargo liner, and cargo/pet divider net (all genuine MB accessories). This is a Mercedes that was $74,515 for only $759.59 per month including MI tax (6%)!!! If you choose, the residual buyout at lease end is only $51,217.
Interested parties should respond and expect to pay $595 lease transfer fee from Mercedes and we are asking for $1,000 to compensate for accessories and the downpayment (we are losing money of course). If additional pics are requested, please let us know, but if you know what a new GL looks like that is what ours looks like.
