All these cars are originally from Germany, I think you meant to say "grey market import".
BTW...your car has the desirable twin cam 185hp head.
Your price is on the high side, as a point of reference you can buy a 1999 Sl600 (400hp V12) with 75K and a pano roof for about the same price, that sold for $130K new.

You really can't compare the two. 35k on an 85? Not that common. This is a niche car that will go to niche buyer. Good luck finding another one.

The regular mileage 99 will go to the guy looking for a benz on the cheap.

Very Nice car but all I see are Euro bumpers, the rest of the car is full US spec.

US Cluster
US Headlights
US Tail Lights & etc.

GLWS though..... very nice car in deed.

thanks for all the comments, yea idk much about these cars, all I know is that its from germany, and that the us didnt have the 280sl in 1985. it might have had the cluster switched when it got over here
