$13,500 - 2003 S500 4matic 81,700 miles for sale in Chicago
I'm selling my 2003 Mercedes-Benz S500 4matic, 81,700 miles, with silver metallic exterior and wood and graphite leather interior. It's in excellent mechanical, exterior and interior condition. I've owned this car for 3 years and performed all maintenance and any necessary repairs and maintained it meticulously. It's been maintained by a former Mercedes-Benz master technician the entire time I have owned it. I'm only selling it because I bought another car (W211 E500 wagon) and I'm out of space for cars.
(1) There are a few small marks and scrapes on the plastic of the bumpers, but nothing major. The bumpers can be cleaned, stripped and repainted for about $500, probably. However, all the sheet metal is in excellent shape. No dings and scrapes on the metal - it still looks great. It does NOT have the nicks and scratches you'll see all over most 9 year old cars, and the hood area isn't all nicked up from road debris like you often see. I've been careful.
(2) There's a cd stuck in the Navigation disc slot, so the navigation doesn't work. Most people would want to use their phones instead of the factory navigation on a 9 year old car, but I thought that I should mention it. The 6 disc changer works great so missing the in-dash slot hasn't bothered me. I expect that you could get that CD out of there if you wanted to try, but I haven't messed with it. My master tech is careful and doesn't want to try. The Navigation CD for this region is included in the event that you can get the other CD out.
This car has the following options: cold weather package (heated front seats, mirrors, windshield washers) and 6 disc CD changer and comes with two keys and all the manuals 2003 was the only year the W220 had an aux-in, which is really convenient.
