1981 Mercedes 300SD with Elsbett system installed

1981 Mercedes 300SD with Elsbett system installed
1981 Mercedes 300sd W126
Fitted with the legendary Mercedes 5 cylinder turbo diesel.
This car has had the Elsbett Vegetable Oil single tank conversion kit installed professionally. You can run this car on WVO, Biodiesel or Regular diesel.
• Front end has been rebuilt with new tie rods, new alignment- car has very tight steering drives great around town and great on the highway.
• New tires
• New brake pads all the way around
• Front seats are excellent with new leather
• Power seats work flawlessly,
• Back seat is good with a small tear
• Door panels are in good shape
• Car shifts smooth
• Car starts up easily.
• New Pioneer stereo with ipod controls
• Excellent wood grain, overall the dash is in great shape with just a few small cracks,
• Couldn’t find rust anywhere on the car even in the usual spots.
• Recently fully serviced by Mercedes specialty garage

Now for the little things as this is an older car.
• back drivers window works only from the back switch and locks don’t automatically go down.
• As far as I know everything else is working. At the end of the day the car is 30 years old and has lots of life left in her. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this truck anywhere tomorrow. This is a dream to drive on the highway, one of the most comfortable cars I have ever driven. The motor has excellent power for in town driving in traffic, turbo spools up nicely.
