2008 C300 (W204) with many aftrmarket parts
....heading to Afghanistan AGAIN...for a year...yay.

Seems that the slight rattle as it's shuts down is normal. MB of Alexandria had it and did a complete inspection. They aded new motor and transmission mounts, which subdued the click a bit. MB bulletins suggest that the 6 speeds tend to do this...something about the fly wheels in the gear box. Does not make the sound when you shut her off while the clutch is depressed.
I'm flexible a little on the price if I remove the C63 steering wheel and/or the sub/amps. I've put wellllll over $6k into it in the last few months. Taking a big hit...my loss...your gain....
