1995 Mercedes Benz SL320 soft/hardtop roadster $3000 or trades nyc

1995 2door power ragtop/hardtop mercedes sl320 v6 with very rare color and combo. the car runs and drives auto 163k . it has a rebuilt 1yr old tranny .also has new timming and rad and waterpump was just replaced during the summer .. clean ny title in hand . sits on staggered 18in real amg sl55 wheels
this is a project and debating if im going to have the time for this modding/upgrades
the car is auto with good heat and a/c. the car will need work. {ITS A PROJECT} will need minor paint work and interior work also soft top needs plastic windows replaced. full kit can be brought for around $125 new on ebay. window regulators need to be fixed and will need a tuneup and egr valve. custom red dial digital cluster was replaced and will need to be reset. will give copy of carfax since the car was just registered.
$4300 takes the car
if serious $4000 cash this week.. this car is being sold as is ...
or $3000 takes the car without my wheels and you bring your own to put on the car
