FS: Feeler - No longer feeling

I've decided to keep the car. I'll be hanging on to her for another year or two. At that point I hope to upgrade to a 2010 E63, which is more of a significant change. As opposed to a 2004 to a 2008, which are very similar interior/exterior wise.

Thanks for reading, guys.

-------------------------

I'm considering "upgrading" to an E63. I've love the car but the car has had a few trips to the dealer already so now I'm looking to a newer car.

A month ago I had the rear main seal fixed, so that's a big one. And the transmission pump seal was replaced, too. I have all receipts.

2004 E55 AMG, black on black
Mileage: ~46k

A quick option list:
- Parktronic
- Distronic
- Keyless entry
- Panorama and solar panel roof
- Dual color seats with active/heated/ventilated seats
- RENNtech Stage 3+
- Roderick 20" deep concave wheels w/ Nitto INVO tires (6 mos old)

Offered is NAC Pinnacle warranty, through 100k on the odometer. An excellent warranty, and fully transferable.

Looking for $31,000 with warranty. I have a written appraisal from local MB dealer for $27,500 but they don't get the warranty. So I'm not selling to private party without warranty. No trades, firm price.

Thank you for reading!

I might keep it. The problem with selling to a dealer is that I lose the value of the RENNtech, warranty and the wheels. Only an AMG fan would appreciate the package. It's a helluva daily driver!

I still want to see your front end conversion. If I keep the car, I'd like to do the same thing.

By the way, I spoke to your boy Justin at CarMax yesterday. They offered less... because they won't sell a car with modifications, they have to send it to auction.

CarMax offered $23k. They pulled out auction prices since they said they can't warranty a modified car. They said, "no matter what, it's an 8 year old AMG."
