TX 2005 Silver/Stone C55 (65k miles) $22k
Just bought the C55 back in May. My wife lost her job, so I need to unload it. Here are the details:
2005 C55 AMG (non kompressor)
Silver with light stone interior
65k miles
New tires
New Motor Mounts (I had the motor mounts replaced with Lemforder mounts ordered from AutohausAZ. I had a local mechanic install them rather than the dealer.)
I'm not 100% sure what comes standard on these cars, so let me know if you are curious about any particular options.
Issues:
- Cup holder does not retract
- Bottom of front bumper has two cracks (near each fog light) - Pic 1 / Pic 2
- If you fill up the gas tank to full, you will smell gas fumes until it drops to around 3/4 full. This is apparently a known problem with the C55 (https://mbworld.org/forums/c32-amg-c55-amg-w203/427980-gas-leak-2005-c55.html). We took it into the dealer in Grapevine and the tech assured us as long as we only went 3/4 full, we shouldn't have any problems.
- Carfax shows the car was involved in an accident. When I bought the car I, the owner told me about this. He explained the situation (which i will not go into here). The "accident" resulted in a 1 inch chip on the rear bumper. It's really a non-issue, but I am just trying to be honest for any interested parties. Pic 1

The car is solid and runs like a top. Very fun to drive.
