As the add says I have an 06 E55 AMG that just turned 80k on the clock. I am the second owner and the car was originally purchased in Cali and registered immediately to an owner in Hunts Point WA. Primary driver was a female and she traded it in at 44k miles at which point I picked it up in 9/2011. Dealer did a full brake job including rotors at that point.

I turn over vehicles pretty quickly since my daily commute is 100 miles which means I put about 26k to 30k miles annually on my vehicles. (Do the math its 2400 miles on average per month of freeway driving for this car)

All service from owner 1 was up to date and completed at Barrier Mercedes in Bellevue WA when I purchased. Being an enthusiast, I meticulously maintain my vehicles as well so all required services have been performed as well as the addition of a transmission fluid/filter change. Only Mobile 1 synthetic for oil changes. (have receipts since I owned it, Barrier MB has all previous records)

This car is absolutely clean with no fluid leaks whatsoever on the engine, transmission, or rear differential. It runs hard and strong and has no issues whatsoever. Interior is perfect with exception of a scratch on the middle rear seat. None smoker for myself and previous owner.

Clean Carfax I can send upon request.

The car has no modifications other than 5000k HID for headlight/fog light and tinted windows. Interior is black with birdseye trim. Only factory option the vehicle has is Ipod integration and navigation both of which function perfectly. All accessories on this vehicle function as intended. This vehicle has been a pleasure to drive and I've never had an issue other than small things I've been able to resolve by searching this forum.

I'm selling the E55 as I'm picking up an 08 E63 with lower miles.....Pattern repeats for me about every 1.5 years.

Dealer offered $21000 on trade in value + the $2100 I get on WA sales tax credit gives me total value of trade at $24100.......would just really love to see this go to fellow enthusiast who gives a crud about all the service.

Is $24500 still too much?

I would trade it in a heartbeat for that deal. Problem is your lack of options.

Thanks for the input.....figured the lack of whistles and bells made a difference as the E63 I'm after would ideally have pano etc.
