Months yes...years no way!
Things listed in the ad as included were NOT how the car came. Missing items! The good news is that it looks like my attorney has worked things out and we should have a resolution soon.
I've spent nearly as much in legal fees as I would have buying the items new but to me it's the principle. You don't list something for sale and include "ALL" the parts then take them off the car before it gets picked up. Trying to double dip or sell things twice just speaks to the character of the individual who sold the car. I'll update again once the waters have settled

I highly doubt he'll respond as he's clearly in the wrong and doesn't have a leg to stand on as far as a rebuttal. I look forward to getting what is owed to me and moving past it.
I'd spend twice as much as the parts I'm missing cost to prove my point and make him pay for the lies and hassle this has caused me. He's a joke and everyone should steer clear of him in the future!!
He better hope we don't cross paths in Houston

Again, overall I'm very happy with the car. However, the seller was NEVER easy to deal with especially AFTER he got paid. That's why I had to go the legal route. He was anything but "honest" or "stand up". More like dishonest and full of empty promises. He had excuse after excuse as to why I had to "wait" to get the car. Now I know it was so he could try pulling a fast one.

What was the car missing?
How long did you wait between payment and the time you received the vehicle?

Ok...long story short the d bag I purchased this car from was suppose to deliver the roof rack, all season mats, ck cf beast tubes and engine cover but never did. He "forgot" to put them in the trunk after cleaning it up for me prior to taking delivery. We discussed it, he admitted to being in the wrong and "being a man of his word". Come to find out he "sold the parts locally"!?!?
Two attorney letters, countless phone calls and emails with my attorney, complaint papers being drafted and sent to him....finally he puts everything in the mail.
This guy atnguyen is a total loser that is fortunate I don't live in Houston. I've got a few things I'd like to tell him to his face. The little pu$$y is too scared to even answer his phone. Some "stand up guy" he is! Karma is a ***** and again...it was principle NOT the cost of the parts. Although I didn't spend as much as I would have just buying the parts myself, I refused to let this guy skate on what I was owed.
Sorry to vent but I was brought up being taught that you say what you do and do what you say. Oh...also found out the Kleemann 55-k1 was totally bogus too. Nothing Kleemann on it until next week when it goes in for headers and a tune! What a scumbag...

Yeah total piece of ***** shyster if you ask me. Trying to mislead and double dip on aftermarket parts. He's a low life that will get what's coming to him. Luckily I still love the car but it definitely wasn't sold as described in his ad. If I lived closer I'd b!tch slap the **** out of him!
