91 300SL (117K Miles) $3,800
Selling my 1991 Mercedes-Benz 300SL with 117K miles in black exterior/black soft top/black interior. The car is 100% stock and never been abused in any way. It just had the engine gaskets and cooling system components replaced. The engine and transmission runs and shifts smoothly and the ride is very comfortable.
The 300SL has a 24-valve inline six engine producing 228HP/272 NM of Torque. I purchased the car to be restored from another Mercedes enthusiast last year, but a 911 bug bit me and would like to pursue that avenue. The electric soft top does not work automatically, but does work manually. The AC needs to be charged. The front bumper and paint are also not in the best shape.
The car however is in perfect condition mechanically and is ready to be daily driven anywhere reliably.
The car comes with a hardtop that is in perfect condition, hardtop holder, original MB tools, STAR Manual DVD to perform your own services and repairs, and original instruction manual. The car also has the desirable Euro-spec original Bosch headlights.

Woot woot! Added pictures! Probably the cheapest running 300SL in the country. I can't find the star on the grille for the life of me. Ebay has an updated grille plus star for $100 I think.
