I've been half-heartedly trying to sell my C32 on CL for a few months, but it's time to make more effort to do so. (I've lowered the price as well to $9K.) I did post a thread about it a few months ago in the C32 forum. The squealing is basically gone. Here's the CL ad:

I have an 02 Mercedes Benz C32 AMG sedan for sale. Passed VA inspection, supercharged 3.2L V6, 349hp stock, non-smoker. I am the 3rd owner and I purchased in May 2011 w/ 111K miles. It has 130K miles now and used to be my daily driver. It looks very sweet and is very quick for a sedan. I have both Mercedes keys and the title in hand - no lien. There was one accident in 02/2007 by the previous owner. I can supply the Autocheck report upon request. Previous owner gave it the mods listed below. I've performed maintenance and fixed issues to make it look/drive better. We took a long weekend trip to NYC this year and it ran flawlessly. I changed the oil again in March or so -- 13k miles and it consumed only 1 qt.

custom paint job on hood, roof, and engine cover
removed V6 Kompressor & C32 badges
HID headlights
smoked taillights
trunk spoiler

Issues:
The seat heaters don't work. I leave the seat adjusters unplugged.
2 instrument cluster lights are burnt out but it doesn't affect nighttime driving.
I can put the fog lights back on if desired (the glass is seriously split on 1).
There is a little squealing at startup but it goes away once it's warmed up.
The rear tires have ~3/32" tread left. (It *is* a fun car after all!)
